Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days (when available)
International Orders
- Estimated Delivery: 7–21 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship on or around the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately at support@fromnothing.us.
- We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
FROMNOTHING.US is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, customs processing, or other events beyond our control
If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
